1. About this service
France Stickers is an independent assistance service and is not affiliated with the French Government. There is an official French government Crit’Air website. France Stickers charges a service fee of £2.62 on top of the official sticker cost for completing the application on your behalf in English.
2. What you’re purchasing
By placing an order, you are purchasing an application assistance service. The total charge of £7.00 comprises:
- The official Crit’Air sticker fee (approximately £4.38, including international postage)
- France Stickers service fee: £2.62
The physical sticker is issued by the French Government and posted by them directly to the address on your vehicle registration document. France Stickers has no control over delivery times once the application is submitted.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be the registered owner of the vehicle or have authority to apply on the owner’s behalf
- All information provided must be accurate and match your registration document
- The registration document you upload must be genuine and legible
4. Refunds
If France Stickers is unable to complete your application submission for any reason within our stated 2-hour window during business hours, you will receive a full refund of £7.00.
Once your application has been successfully submitted to the French government, the official sticker fee (approx. £4.38) is non-refundable in accordance with French government policy. Our service fee (£2.62) is also non-refundable after submission.
5. No guarantee of sticker issuance
The decision to issue a Crit’Air sticker rests entirely with the French government. In the rare event that they decline an application, France Stickers will refund the full £7.00.
6. Limitation of liability
France Stickers is not liable for fines, penalties, or losses arising from driving in French low-emission zones without the appropriate sticker, delays in sticker delivery, or changes to French low-emission zone regulations.
