Our Guarantee - France Stickers

Our promise

If we cannot submit your Crit’Air sticker application to the French government for any reason, we will refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill in, no waiting period.

What is covered

  • Application rejection — if the French system rejects your application due to a data issue we cannot resolve, you get a full refund
  • Service downtime — if the French government system is unavailable and we cannot process your application within a reasonable timeframe, you get a full refund
  • Our mistake — if we make an error in your submission, we will either correct it at no cost or refund you in full

What is not covered

  • Incorrect information you provide — if you enter the wrong registration number or upload the wrong document, we will attempt to correct it, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the application has already been submitted
  • Postal delays — the physical sticker is posted by the French government, not by us. Delivery typically takes 10–14 working days but can occasionally take longer. Your digital facsimile is valid while you wait
  • Sticker category disputes — your Crit’Air category is determined by your vehicle’s fuel type and registration year as recorded by the DVLA. We cannot change the category assigned by the French system

How refunds work

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method — typically within 3–5 working days. If you paid by card, the refund appears on your statement. If you paid via PayPal or Apple Pay, the refund goes back to that account.
